Kleemann designed the Mobiscreen MSS 802i EVO mobile screening plant to meet changing challenges in different application areas. Because of its design and flexible conversion options, Kleemann says the MSS 802i EVO guarantees an optimum material flow in natural stone and recycling applications. The large range of screen surfaces and the simple setting of screening parameters make it possible to easily adapt the MSS 802i EVO to new application conditions, the company adds. If a fine final product is to be screened from particularly coarse feed material, Kleemann says the plant can be quickly converted from three to two final grain sizes.

A new pin and anchor deck frame from Haver & Boecker Niagara incorporates laser-cut rails with polyurethane pins and anchors to secure screen media to the deck rail. Designed to hold media firmly in place, Haver & Boecker Niagara says the pins and anchors can be individually removed and replaced as wear occurs, extending wear life and reducing downtime. The pin and anchor deck frame system accommodates any pin- and sleeve-style modular screen media.

Synthetic media matches open area of wire

Rubberdex Ultramax is a synthetic modular media, providing what Polydeck characterizes as high performance and extreme open area. The company says its product pushes conventional norms by providing open area not previously seen in synthetic media, utilizing advanced material science technologies. Additionally, Polydeck says Rubberdex Ultramax can match the open area of wire, yet it is safer to use and easier to install.

Unified Screening & Crushing’s Money Saver clamp rails save on wear with extra wear plate and recessed bolts. Unified says too much wear on bolts can cause clamp rails to come loose and ultimately damage screens. Unified’s model, however, utilizes a rubber insert that simplifies installation – especially on middle screen decks that are closer together.
