Representatives from Superior Industries and Cemco gathered to celebrate their new partnership, as Superior has a pending deal in place to acquire Cemco. Pictured from left are Jason Adams (Superior); Ty Juana Hise, Neil Hise, Aneile Cummins and Jennifer Hise-Trujillo (Cemco); and Mary Erholtz (Superior). The acquisition of Cemco, a VSI crusher manufacturer based in Belen, New Mexico, means Superior adds a 140,000-sq.-ft. manufacturing facility and dozens of experienced employees. Says Adams: “We’re honored that the Hise family has trusted us to carry on an incredible legacy they worked very hard to create. Our care for employees, customers and the Belen community will continue to be strong.”
