Case Construction Equipment and CNH Industrial Capital have a new lease program for Case D Series and E Series excavators that are 13 metric tons and larger. The new Case Power Lease program allows equipment owners in the U.S. and Canada to apply a credit for up to 300 unused hours at the end of a term toward the purchase of a new Case excavator that’s 13 metric tons or larger. According to Case, a Case Power Lease on full-size excavators delivers aggressive lease rates for 36 months/3,000 hours – plus a full machine warranty and all planned maintenance for the life of the lease. Another customer benefit is an additional 1 year/1,000 hours of powertrain warranty if the equipment is purchased at the end of the lease.

The DX1000LC-7 excavator from Develon, formerly known as Doosan, is a 100-metric ton conventional tail-swing model whose applications include aggregates. Develon says the DX1000LC-7 can efficiently load large amounts of material into trucks at quarries. The machine features smart technology and a rugged design for maximum uptime protection, the company adds. A crossed-design swing bearing distributes stress for machine uptime protection. Also, Develon says operators can choose a swing priority mode for bank cutting and when the swing angle is large to increase the swing speed and maximize productivity.

D-Lock couplers include safety features such as automatic front lock, dual-pin locking and a slide-lock design. According to Werk-Brau, the dual-locking design ensures attachments stay securely engaged on both pins in the event of loss of engagement force. The design consists of seven moving parts and requires no greasing or lubrication, the company says. Additionally, Werk-Brau says a simple yet safe unlock procedure ensures that the unit releases only when intended to, in a controlled, safe manner that prevents accidental releases.

The HL985A wheel loader is the largest-capacity wheel loader Hyundai Construction Equipment Americas offers, featuring a standard bucket capacity of 9.1 cu. yd. The loader is ideal for use in high-production jobs such as quarrying, the company says. Considered a “true two-pass” wheel loader because it can fill an HA30 articulated dump truck with two bucket loads, Hyundai says the HL985A combines power, performance, fuel efficiency, operator safety and comfort. A 430-hp Cummins X12 Performance Series engine powers the wheel loader, meeting Tier 4 Final emissions standards. The HL985A is available with Hyundai’s All-Around View Monitoring system that includes four cameras that provide 360-degree views and incorporates motion detection for enhanced operator and jobsite safety.
