Industry index leveling off since June peak

The P&Q Aggregate Industry Index rose slightly for September, climbing to 378 after two months of declines. The Index had risen steadily since March of 2016, peaking in June of this year at 382, but has plateaued somewhat since.

The P&Q Aggregate Industry Index is a measure of the economic health of the industry and is calculated using a formula that draws from a variety of data points.
