Hyundai expands dealer network with Alta, Whited

Hyundai Construction Equipment Americas (HCEA) added Alta Equipment Co. and Whited Equipment Co. to its North American dealer network.

Alta Equipment manufactures industrial forklifts, heavy construction equipment and warehouse solutions. With six Hyundai dealerships across Illinois, Alta Equipment adds to HCEA’s North Central territory.

Whited Equipment, meanwhile, is a full-service dealership supplying the construction, forestry, aggregate and municipal markets with heavy-duty trucks in Maine for more than 30 years.

HCEA’s North American network now includes more than 75 dealerships operating in more than 175 locations, which offer sales, service and parts for the full line of Hyundai excavators, wheel loaders, compaction rollers and other construction equipment.
