The MANTISLift-Pro is designed to transform conveyor maintenance and idler replacement processes, resulting in reduced labor costs while minimizing downtime. According to Mantis Conveyor Products, the MANTISLift-Pro can handle belt widths from 18 in. to 42 in. The equipment eliminates the need for manual lifting or the use of the heavy machinery normally required during idler replacement, the company adds. Mantis says this not only creates a safer work environment, but it increases efficiency and productivity.

Simplicity, a Terex MPS brand, introduced the MHS620X screen plant within its modular product offering. According to Simplicity, the MHS620X features a new “extra clearance” 6-ft. x 20-ft. ESX horizontal screen that debuted earlier this year at ConExpo-Con/Agg. The ESX horizontal screen provides increased space between decks, allowing for easier maintenance access to screen media while improving maintenance safety. Features of the MHS620X are an extra-heavy-duty I-beam frame and a rigid diagonal truss construction and a galvanized steel structure that includes walkways, stairs and guardrails. The MHS620X emphasizes safety, sustainability, ease of operation and streamlined setup, the company says.

Kleemann introduced a pair of mobile stackers as a means to extend the action radius of crushing and screening plants. The Mobibelt MBT 20i and MBT 24i are equipped with 1.6-cu.-yd. feed hoppers made of Kleemann Resistant Steel, which permits the feeding of material with an edge length of up to 8 in. without any problems. An optional hopper extension up to 3.3 cu. yd. is provided with an additional impact bar that prevents the direct impact of the feed material on the conveyor belt and, thus, reduces wear. According to Kleemann, the operation of the mobile stackers is less complex than crushing plants. Both the MBT 20i and MBT 24i feature the company’s Spective operating concept that makes intuitive operation of the machines possible.

BME launched a new version of its Xplolog system for capturing and analyzing data on blastholes and decks. BME, which is part of Omnia’s mining segment, developed Xplolog as a tool for mines to monitor their block progress in real time, providing data to track trends and continuously improve the quality of blasts. According to BME, Xplolog users helped to guide the development of the next-generation product. The result is a system that’s more user-friendly, scalable and streamlined with other BME digital solutions, the company says.

The BinMaster BMRX-100 rotary level indicator is an electromechanical device used in solids and powders to prevent bin overfills, dry runs or to shut off a process. BinMaster says the BMRX-100 has no printed circuit board, which makes it impervious to moisture and vibration found in many tough processing environments. By alerting to full and empty vessel conditions, the rotary level indicator prevents waste and saves time when handling bulk materials stored in bins and silos. The BMRX-100 is designed for materials with a bulk density of 2 pounds to more than 100 pounds per cu. ft. for use in ordinary storage and processing conditions.
