Cemex Go now available globally

Cemex deployed Cemex Go, a digital platform aimed at solving its customers’ business needs, on a global scale.

Cemex Go, first introduced in the United States in 2017, adds to the company’s customer service offerings by allowing customers to purchase products, track deliveries and manage orders in real time.

Globally, Cemex Go is now available in 21 countries with 45 percent of the company’s total global sales processed through the app. In addition, 96 percent of the company’s total recurring customers use Cemex Go with 1.5 million deliveries through the platform on an annualized basis, the company says.

In the U.S. specifically, about 6,000 of the company’s customers use Cemex Go with more than 12,000 active users, the company says.
