Trimble conference to explore high-tech solutions

By |  August 31, 2018

The Trimble Dimension 2018 International User Conference, taking place Nov. 5-7 in Las Vegas, will bring aggregate producers, construction professionals, surveyors and other professionals together for tech demonstrations, training and more.

According to Trimble, the conference’s aggregate track will give attendees an in-depth look at how Trimble technology can help quarry operation managers and owners reduce costs, improve productivity, increase revenues and improve customer satisfaction in aggregate production.

Sessions designed for aggregate producers will demonstrate how technology can have the biggest impact by improving operational performance and capturing productivity data to drive continuous improvement, the company adds. The aggregate track will include classroom-style presentations and a hands-on experience at a nearby quarry, where more than 50 working machines will demonstrate the latest technology. Also, small group workshops will dive deeper and provide a chance to ask questions.

Presentations will explore how connectedness in a quarry drives value; the return on investment of advanced aggregate technologies; improved safety, communications and efficiency through fleet management; how technology improves productivity in aggregate and ready-mix concrete operations; case studies from Trimble customers worldwide; and more.
