From a sizing perspective, key manufactured products include a complete array of screening media, including – but not limited to – woven wire, self-cleaning screens, perforated plate, urethane and rubber screens, fine mesh screens, and hybrid-tensioned self-cleaning modular panels. Supporting this division is a wide range of accessories such as urethane crown bar protection, tension rails and common fastening systems.

Buffalo Wire proudly boasts a significant inventory of high-quality manganese crusher wear liners for many popular crusher brands and models, as well as a complete line of urethane, rubber and AR steel protective wear liners. Liners are manufactured in both mechanical and magnetic adherence designs to protect wear surfaces in the harshest of conditions. Additionally, a complete offering of idlers, pulleys and conveyor belting rounds out the full product suite.

■ High-tensioned, self-cleaning PFX modular screen panels. These are a revolutionary new design combining the high efficiency of tensioned self-cleaning screen technology with the convenience, ease and installation of popular 1-ft. x 2-ft. modular panel chassis configurations. There is no deck modification required. The panels are designed with the high tension of a hooked screen panel for maximum efficiency, open area and throughput, offsetting the restricted open area synonymous with that of traditional polyurethane panels. These are ideal for finer aperture applications.

■ Self-cleaning PFX/HT (profile wire) modular screen panels. These are truly stunning and high-performance modular 1-ft. x 2-ft. screen panels embedded with our patented PFX/HT profile wire self-cleaning screen (patent #8893894) technology. They’re completely self-supporting and designed for maximum open area, strength, longevity and self-cleaning action. Also, they’re ideal for larger aperture applications.

■ Magnetic urethane and rubber liners. BWW magnetic liners are manufactured with powerful independent magnets encapsulated in a unique design that enhances the combined magnetic forces to yield one of the most powerful magnet liners in the market. The encapsulation design also results in a rustproof design to maximize adhesion and longevity. Ceramics may be inserted for extreme-wear applications, as well. Maintenance friendly and no mechanical fastening is required – simply adhere to a clean flat surface.
