RubbleCrusher made its North American debut as part of the McLanahan family of companies at ConExpo-Con/Agg.

The company is launching its compact, mobile crushing units in North America at the show, with a focus on expanding its global dealer network into the U.S. RubbleCrusher is showcasing portable and track-mounted jaw crushers, which the company says are fast to deploy on job sites and meet all Department of Transportation regulations.

The RC150V, a pull-behind portable crusher, can be hauled by any full-size pickup truck, simplifying setup, according to RubbleCrusher. The unit weighs just under 7,800 pounds and enables operators to recycle C&D waste materials for use on site – without having to pay to remove materials or bring in new aggregates for jobs.

The RC150T, meanwhile, offers the same features as the RC150V, but it is mounted on tracks, allowing for remote-control movement. RubbleCrusher says the tracks allow the RC150T to be moved across roads, pavement and driveways without causing damage to surfaces.

Both units feature a hydraulically driven jaw that allows the plant to run forward or in reverse. The reverse function allows for clearing any blockages, as well as processing sticky asphalt material. Both RC150s also feature a 10.5-gallon fuel tank that allows for a minimum of eight hours of crushing time. RubbleCrusher says the plants can process up to 300 metric tpd, depending on feed material and output setting.
