REMco’s PROcone is engineered for the rigorous demands of the mining and aggregate industries. It’s a heavy-duty, secondary and tertiary cone crusher available in 3 head sizes: 36”, 45”, and 50”. They’re set miles apart from the competition and here are a few reasons why.

PROcone has a large feed opening that remains consistent throughout the life of its manganese liners, which even when worn, maintain feed acceptance. Changing the liners out is fast and efficient too since there’s no backing required. Push-button, hydraulic controls quickly and precisely adjust the closed-side setting. There’s also a hydraulic tramp iron relief system that protects the crusher when an uncrushable enters the machine. Its large, steep feed opening ensures a nip on angular, elongated material that would normally roll around, or bridge the top of other cone crushers. Combined with its field-changeable eccentric throw, PROcone is easy to install, horsepower efficient and has low cost per finished ton.
