NTN Bearing KIZEI spherical roller bearings

KIZEI spherical roller bearings (SRBs) are the first SRBs with metallic shields that protect the bearing from solid contamination such as dust, pebbles, and other debris. The unique design of KIZEI SRB incorporates the metallic shields with the bearing retainer to form a one-piece protective barrier to keep contaminants out. Additionally, the metallic shields improve grease retention which helps improve bearing life.
Furthermore, KIZEI products come in standard ISO dimensions, ensuring interchangeability with 22200 series spherical roller bearings. KIZEI also utilizes the same mechanisms used with standard open bearings – housing, accessories, mounting, grease, etc. – reducing maintenance costs.
