Mississippi Lime Co. makes three promotions

Mississippi Lime Company logoMississippi Lime Co. promoted Collins Alexander, Tom French and John Kunz.

Alexander, who joined the company in 2017, was promoted to reliability team leader. He holds a bachelor of science degree in mechanical engineering with a minor in reliability from the University of Tennessee. Alexander also is a Certified Maintenance & Reliability Professional in addition to certifications in thermography, vibration and ultrasonics.

French was promoted to mine operations manager after most recently serving as site reliability process leader. French holds a Certified Maintenance & Reliability Professional certification as well as certifications in supervision, vibration thermography and ultrasonics. According to Mississippi Lime Co., French has been with the company for 35 years, holding various positions in operations and leadership.

Kunz, who joined Mississippi Lime Co. in 2011, was named operational excellence manager. He has worked in inventory management, process management and operations in a number of industries, and holds several certificates, including CPIM, CSCP and CLTD through APICS. Kunz holds a bachelor of science degree in operations management from the University of Missouri-Columbia with a master’s degree in decisions science from St. Louis University.

Headquartered in St. Louis, Mississippi Lime Co. is a supplier of high-calcium lime products and technical solutions.
