Kleemann’s new Mobibelt mobile stackers offer a more flexible arrangement of work site processes, according to the company.

The Mobibelt MBT 20i and MBT 24i stackers extend the action radius of crushing and screening plants, Kleemann says, thus making large stockpiles and improved work site logistics possible.

Both stackers are equipped with a 1.6 cu. yd. feed hopper made of Kleemann Resistant Steel, which the company says permits the feeding of material with an edge length of up to 8 in.. An optional hopper extension up to 3.3 cu. yd. is provided with an additional impact bar that prevents the direct impact of the feed material on the conveyor belt and reduces wear, the company says.

A hydraulically adjustable feed and discharge height allows for fast set-up, according to Kleemann. The stackers can also be used flexibly behind screening and crushing plants with different discharge heights.

The MBT 20i and MBT 24i come with Kleemann’s Spective operating concept that makes intuitive operation of the machines possible, the company says. Kleemann adds that, during a typical workday, the operator receives support with a central operating position, local operation and the option of troubleshooting help via Spective Connect.
