Gorman-Rupp VFD for Prime Aire PA6C60C-B-E50

Gorman-Rupp now offers a VFD (variable frequency drive) option for the Prime Aire PA6C60C-B-E50 priming-assisted pump. The 6” x 6” pump provides flows to 2,000 GPM and heads to 120’. This electric driven pump features ductile iron construction and is designed to pass 3” solids. The new VFD control allows the 50 HP TEFC motor to operate at load speeds between 1,000 and 1,775 RPM, expanding the operating range of the pump to include lower head/lower flow applications.
