ELRUS Screen-Jaws reduce the amount of sand you have to deal with.
A screen-jaw combo plant will produce up to four products and allow portable producers in sand and gravel pits to scalp fines and small natural rounds from the crusher feed. Removing this deleterious material will improve crusher production, increase fracture and reduce F&E (flat and elongates.)
A single chassis with the jaw, screen, feed and discharge conveyors, cross conveyor and optional partial sand elimination conveyor enables rapid mobility and in most cases, can be moved without disassembly saving time and money and improving plant safety with less loads to move.
