The QMJ Group, show manager of the Hillhead trade show, will host a digital event in March ahead of its physical trade show in the United Kingdom.

Taking place exclusively online March 9-10, 2021, Hillhead Digital will combine a multi-stream conference with an exhibition platform that will allow industry stakeholders to connect with one another, the QMJ Group says.

“With exhibitors unable to showcase their products and services at physical exhibitions over the last year, Hillhead Digital will provide a dynamic platform for the community to reconnect and share all of the positive developments that will help shape the construction recovery,” says Richard Bradbury, managing director of the QMJ Group.

According to show management, the digital event will feature 40 free-to-attend seminars and panel sessions, providing insights into themes that will shape and transform the industry over the next decade – including digitalization, decarbonization and infrastructure. A dedicated stream run by the Institute of Quarrying will complement the seminars and sessions.

Visitors will also be able to browse 500 virtual booths, sourcing the latest equipment and service solutions in the industry. Functionality will allow them to pre-arrange meetings; chat or Zoom live; download brochures, conference handouts and other useful information into their virtual basket; consume exclusive new product videos; and do peer-to-peer networking.

Hillhead Digital will serve as a prelude to the physical event that is scheduled to take place June 22-24, 2021.
