C&W DustTech promoted Steve Duncan to general manager in addition to his COO status.

Duncan will continue to manage the company’s operations with additional administrative oversite while assuming a role in the execution of organic growth and planning strategies.

Following Duncan’s promotion to C&W’s COO in 2019, he has played a critical role in both day-to-day operations and strategic planning, the company says.

In partnership with C&W president, Bill Werra, Duncan will play a key role in executing a short-and long-term strategic action plan to accelerate the company’s growth, including the expansion of C&W’s manufacturing facility, the integration of capital equipment to expand the company’s manufacturing capabilities and the identification of opportunities for organic growth, according to the company.

“For nearly 20 years, Steve has demonstrated an unwavering commitment to the success of this organization, our stakeholders and our customers. He exemplifies the ’Never Settle’ attitude that drives our team every day,” says Werra. “His leadership and personal passion for company culture are paramount as we continue to position C&W during a time of exceptional growth. He continues to lead by example, and I am honored to work alongside him to elevate C&W DustTech to even greater heights.”

In this expanded leadership role, Duncan will supervise departments including operations, manufacturing, purchasing, production control, quality, logistics, engineering and now sales. He will work closely with Werra and Alex Ruiz, C&W’s national sales manager, to build deeper relationships with the company’s growing network of channel partners and customers, C&W says.

“C&W is in the middle of an exciting evolution as we position ourselves to better serve companies in our core markets, as well as adjacent industries. I’m excited to see a steadfast commitment to cross-functional collaboration across teams to support the success of the company and our customers,” says Duncan. “We’ve really hit our stride and with additional key leadership appointments, I’m thrilled to see that we’re getting good people in the right seats to accelerate our collective success.”
