ConExpo-Con/Agg, IFPE debut mobile app

ConExpo-Con/Agg and the International Fluid Power Expo (IFPE) launched a mobile app aimed at helping attendees find their way around the upcoming co-located trade show and exhibition from March 14-18 at the Las Vegas Convention Center in Las Vegas.

According to the Association of Equipment Manufacturers, which puts on ConExpo-Con/Agg, the app combines the exhibitor directory with the show floor map, allowing attendees to plan their schedules ahead of time and keep notes on what they’ve seen. The application also provides information on educational sessions and events happening at both shows.

“There are more than 1,800 exhibitors spread out over 64 acres of indoor and outdoor exhibits and only 5 days to see it all,” says Dana Wuesthoff, ConExpo-Con/Agg show director. “The app really helps attendees find the exhibits they’re searching for. Less time searching means more time discovering.”
