Logo: CDEResource Materials, a Texas aggregate producer, is hosting an open house Sept. 29 at its Jarrell, Texas, quarry to showcase its new 450-tph CDE wash plant.

“We have [a] longstanding and very positive working relationship with the team at CDE, whose technology and proactive approach to ensuring our quarries are constantly running marital at optimum efficiency has always given confidence in our investments,” says Kevin Collier, Resource Materials co-owner.

Guests will take a tour of the site at the open house and check out the equipment, which includes CDE’s M4500 and M2500 modular wash plants, dual RotoMax logwashers, an AggMax modular logwasher and a closed-circuit water management system incorporating the AquaCycle thickener, FlocStation and AquaStore water tanks.

CDE technical experts will detail each stage of the process and demonstrate how its equipment is supporting Resource Materials in processing raw limestone feed material to produce four products: 1 1/4-plus oversize aggregate, 1 1/4-minus #4 washed #57 stone, 4 to 8 mesh grit, and C33 concrete sand.

Those interested can register for the open house at cdeusa.com/resourcematerials. All visitor must wear PPE, including safety boots, vests and hard hats.
