BKT Tires and BKT USA promoted Minoo Mehta to managing director of both brands.

This move comes after the resignation of Doug Kershaw on Aug. 24.

According to BKT, Mehta played a crucial role in establishing the company’s position in the U.S. market. Since joining BKT in 2014, Mehta has aimed at creating a customer-oriented team, the company says. This team has helped BKT expand its U.S. market share in both the agriculture and medium and large OTR sectors.

Alan Eskow, vice president of BKT USA, will continue to manage the agricultural sector and Chris Rhoades, vice president of BKT Tires, will continue to look after the medium and large OTR sector.
