Superior Industries promoted Jason Adams to president.

Adams, whose career in the aggregate industry spans four decades, previously served Superior as senior vice president.

“Jason’s hard work, care for employees and extensive industry experience make him well-suited to take this role and thrive,” says Bob Domnick, CEO of Superior. “We’re all excited to follow his humble direction.”

Adams joined Superior in 2014 – shortly before the 50-year-old company ventured into aggregate processing equipment. Since then, Adams’ team launched Superior’s construction management group.

He was promoted to senior vice president 18 months ago and continued to lead the construction management team in that role. Adams, however, also demonstrated leadership in the company’s sales, manufacturing and aftermarket departments.

Adams’ career in the industry began in 1994, when he joined Terex and followed his father and grandfather into the industry. Adams served Terex as general manager of its Simplicity and Canica brands.

Adams later served Continental Companies – an equipment dealer, manufacturer and installer based in Missouri – as general manager and vice president of operations.

P&Q featured Adams in the magazine in May 2022. Check out our Q&A with the industry veteran that took place following AGG1 2022.
