Sturtevant names VP of sales, marketing

Sturtevant Inc. appointed Chris Meadows as its vice president of sales and marketing.

In his new position, Meadows will be responsible for the overall activities of Sturtevant’s sales and marketing departments. He will play a key role in managing and supporting the company’s sales representative organization, according to Sturtevant.

Meadows brings more than 20 years of industry experience to this new position. He previously worked at Triple/S Dynamics for four years as a sales manager and Progressive Industries for 17 years as vice president of sales.

Sturtevant English Jr., the company’s president and CEO. “His many years of customer interaction in the same industries that Sturtevant serves positions him to immediately engage with our sales, distribution and operating organizations.”

Sturtevant is a manufacturer of material processing equipment, including its Micronizer jet mill, FCM air-swept impact mill, Simpactor and Infestroyer, centrifugal, pin-type impact mills and three types of air classifiers.
