National mine academy to host safety seminar

The U.S. Department of Labor’s Mine and Safety Health Administration (MSHA) is set to host its annual “Training Resources Applied to Mining” seminar from Oct. 14-16. The three-day conference will be held at the National Mine Health and Safety Academy in Beaver, W.V.

The seminar will feature a number of presentations from top safety trainers and exhibits for safety and health products. Most materials are free to participants.
