Mac Process: MCF PowerSaver

By |  June 21, 2013

The MCF PowerSaver generates energy cost savings of up to 50 percent over conventional high-pressure pulsejet or reverse air cleaning systems, according to Mac Process. This dust collector is built to handle heavy dust loads, coming in sizes and configurations to fit most industrial air quality applications. With the Never Miss controlled-cleaning system, the MCF PowerSaver aligns the cleaning arm and bag segments so that air nozzles fire directly into bags. No air is wasted, reducing energy consumption and extending filter bag life. Providing cleaning capacities up to 250,000 cubic feet per minute, the MCF PowerSaver can operate in temperatures exceeding 500 degrees or in cold climates.
