IronDirect, a company that offers an online platform for construction equipment buyers, opened a 100-acre customer experience center in Asheville, North Carolina.

The facility offers prospective customers, dealers and sales partners the opportunity to operate and evaluate premium and value-priced equipment, the company says.

The company’s customer experience center is capable of hosting on-site demonstrations and association events for up to 300 people. According to IronDirect, the campus consists of upscale, modern buildings, including a 9,600-sq-ft. indoor product pavilion, scenic deck, grandstand and a number of staged work sites.

The work sites were designed to accommodate indoor, outdoor and virtual product demonstrations, as well as classroom-style presentations, meetings, catered meals, and photo and video shoots, the company adds.

“We are pleased to open the doors of our customer experience center,” says Joe Krider, vice president for revenue and growth at IronDirect. “Our new center features new technologies, best-in-class equipment and industry expertise to deliver a great experience for our prospective customers, dealers and sales partners to learn more about the benefits and convenience of the IronDirect e-commerce business model and how this is changing our industry.”

IronDirect is a U.S. company whose mission is to significantly lower the lifetime cost of equipment without sacrificing quality or support. Its online platform allows users to purchase and sell equipment, attachments, parts and services.
