Vulcan to implement new leadership and organization

Vulcan Materials announced a new organizational structure that will be effective Jan. 1. This new structure will place key leaders within the company in seven operating divisions, says the company.

The company will now be comprised of its Western Division in California; its Mountain West Division in Arizona and New Mexico; its Southwest Division in Texas and Oklahoma; its Central Division in Arkansas, Tennessee, Kentucky and Illinois; the Mideast Division in North Carolina, Virginia, Maryland, Pennsylvania and Delaware; its Southern and Gulf Coast divisions in Alabama, Mississippi and Louisiana; and the Southeast Division in Florida, Georgia and South Carolina.

Senior Vice President Stan Bass will take up leadership responsibilities in the Western and Mountain West divisions; David Pasley will serve as president of the Mountain West Division; Jeff Lott will serve as president of the Southwest Division; David Clement will serve as president of the Central Division; Kim Duke will serve as president of the Mideast Division; Jason Teter will serve as president of the Southern and Gulf Coast divisions; and David Grayson will serve as president of the Southeast Division.
