VizaLogix, a company with solutions aimed at automating businesses across the aggregate industry, made two hires at its executive level.

Nicholas Porter joined VizaLogix as vice president of marketing while Jesse Young was named chief technology officer. VizaLogix says it made the hires to foster growth.

“Nicholas and Jesse have a well-documented history of driving growth and delivering results,” says Shawn Bonnington, president and co-founder of VizaLogix. “Their addition to the team helps VizaLogix meet the demands of our growing customer base by providing experienced insights within our core markets.”

As vice president of marketing, Porter will oversee strategies that elevate the industry’s understanding of data-driven decision-making and its impact on equipment management practices and worksite productivity.

He joined VizaLogix after years in senior marketing positions in the industrial robotics sector.

Young’s arrival at VizaLogix, meanwhile, came after he spent more than a decade at Zonar Systems, which he last served as vice president of technology. VizaLogix says Young most recently served as a technology leader at DigiB, an international organization focused on enabling global-scale digital transformation. He also served as chief information officer at Cartrack, a data analytics platform using fleet telematics to improve productivity and efficiency.

As chief technology officer, Young will align the company’s core technology with customer needs and oversee IT planning and operations.
