The robust VDG Belt Cleaner is an innovative conveyor belt cleaning solution for removing excessive residual materials, including carryback of wet and dry fines clinging to the belt. The VDG Belt Cleaner incorporates a 10-inch-diameter replaceable rotating spiral brush, powered by a VDG Drum Motor engineered to operate in the harshest of conditions. It easily installs under the conveyor belt with the adjustable mounting brackets, effectively cleaning conveyor belts including belts with cleats, lacing, repair patches, or sidewalls without wearing or damaging the belt, increasing the life of the belt, reducing maintenance and operating costs.
