The 9,900-sq.-ft. building is expected to be completed by the end of March 2018 and will accommodate the company’s corporate office facilities. This expansion joins the company’s existing 21,000-sq.-ft. manufacturing facility, also located in Gilbert, Arizona.

“We have enjoyed our relationships with the Arizona business community and we are excited to expand operations in Gilbert,” says Debbie Lentsch, treasurer for Unified Screening & Crushing and owner of the project.

Lentsch will lease the building back to Unified.

“Our industry is on the rise, everything from residential building to road construction is up,” Lentsch says.

According to the company, the two-story building will house administrative and financial employees as well as Arizona finishing operations. The build will be managed by developer LGE Design Build.

The new facility is expected to assist the company in meeting customer demand while keeping pace with growth.
