U.S. Concrete purchases Manhattan-area concrete producer

U.S. Concrete Inc. acquired the assets of Jenna Concrete Corp., which is located in the Bronx, N.Y.

According to U.S. Concrete, Jenna Concrete has about 25 years of experience serving the Manhattan commercial and residential high-rise market. Jenna Concrete’s well-known projects in New York City are Yankee Stadium, Hudson Yards and multiple expansions to the Robert F. Kennedy Bridge.

Jenna Concrete operates a fleet of 52 mixer trucks from its two ready-mixed concrete plants.
