The scope of the work includes full site development, earthworks, dry and wet mining, tailing management, plant operations and material processing, as well as final reclamation and mine closure.

“Turner Mining Group is continuing to demonstrate that we have the ability to manage both mining and processing operation to provide turnkey solutions,” says Bill Oglesby, director of planning and estimating at Turner Mining Group. “This is a new opportunity for the Turner team with a large, established client that opens new doors for Turner Mining Group to serve the mining and natural resources community.”

Turner will rely on specialized fleets of equipment to yield maximum uptime and production, including scrapers, hydraulic excavators, off-road haul trucks, dredging equipment, a dragline and several ancillary support machines.

“This contract is another exciting addition to our growing portfolio of turnkey mining projects,” says Keaton Turner, founder and CEO of Turner Mining Group. “This opportunity to showcase our team’s capability to deliver projects of this magnitude is a direct result of the investment we have made over the last 18 months, further establishing Turner Mining Group as the preferred mine services provider across the U.S. We look forward to working with and investing in the local community over the next eight years while creating dozens of new career opportunities.”
