Nicholas Moussab Jr. was named vice president of enterprise sales. Patrick Massar joined TRUX as director of construction sales. Leif Cefalo was hired to serve as vice president of inside sales, with Haley Martin joining as vice president of marketing.

According to TRUX, each new hire will better position the company to support hyper growth expected over the next year.

“By adding these new hires, we are effectively scaling our business to meet the ever-growing demands of our customers,” says Bart Ronan, CEO of TRUX. “Their arrivals will contribute to the momentum and growth of TRUX by helping set up the organization for maximum success.”

Moussab has more than 13 years of technology and software sales leadership, TRUX says, with a focus on enterprise clients.

Massar joins the company with more than 14 years of software and fintech experience from companies such as AvidXchange and Tradeshift, TRUX adds.

Cefalo arrives at the company with an extensive SaaS leadership background in all aspects of sales, operations, business development and client services from positions at Presidio and Compete, according to TRUX.

Martin joins TRUX with more than a decade of marketing experience, the company says. She brings experience leading demand generation, go-to-market strategy, and brand and marketing communications from her previous roles at ALICEAMTdirect and AvidXchange.

“We’re thrilled to welcome Nick, Patrick, Leif and Haley to the TRUX team,” says Tom Spencer, CRO of TRUX. “Their additions and accomplishments prior to joining us will help build a great team with a proven track record of success in both front and back-of-house operations.”
