Best Process Solutions (BPS) vibratory feeders are designed to smoothly convey products with a material flow that is adjustable and a flow rate that can be variable or fixed. BPS heavy-duty vibratory feeders are available in electric or air-operated models, and they’re designed with above-, below- or side-mounted drives. The feeders can be arranged for base mounting or overhead suspension. Feeders come in custom vibrating trough lengths, and BPS says special trough designs are available. Several basic models are available such as air-operated light duty, air-operated heavy duty, twin-motor vibrating pan and grizzly feeders, electromagnetic, twin motor and special application feeders.

The new QA452 from Sandvik Mobile Crushers & Screens is a three-deck Doublescreen solution that represents the latest in the company’s QA series. According to Sandvik, its Doublescreen technology typically outperforms traditional screens, offering tailored rock processing solutions for the quarry, recycling and mining industries. Sandvik engineered its new three-deck tracked mobile plant with independent screen-angle adjustments and hydraulic screen separation. The plant features two triple-deck incline screen boxes with equal-size screen decks, providing 100 sq. ft. of screening area. Screen enhancements include an 11 percent longer bottom screen deck to extract more fines, the company adds.

Improve blasting safety with digital system

The new Axxis Silver system is a slimmed-down version of BME’s Axxis Titanium product and employs a dual basis of safety – with a dual-voltage and dual-capacitor configuration. This further reduces the risk of uncommanded firings, the company says. BME detonators now contain a Swiss-designed integrated circuit chip, giving the system more internal safety gates against stray current and lightning. Axxis Silver also speeds up the blasting process, BME says.

Conveyor belt withstands extreme temperatures

Fenner Dunlop Conveyor Belting debuted the OptimaHeat Xtreme, a high-heat-resistant conveyor belt. OptimaHeat Xtreme combines Nova-Xtreme, a tough, flexible single-ply fabric, with OptimaHeat, a new cover compound, to protect the carcass under extreme conditions. Nova-Xtreme is a single-unit carcass designed for higher-heat applications. The OptimaHeat compound is designed to withstand maximum continuous material temperatures up to 400 degrees and extreme peak temperatures as high as 750 degrees. The OptimaHeat Xtreme conveyor belt’s rubber is resistant to abrasive wear and features strong adhesion, Fenner Dunlop adds.
