Terex Washing Systems (TWS) brought more than 100 dealers and customers to its inaugural Global Dealer Forum in Connecticut.

The forum, which included a conference, site visit and dealer awards ceremony, provided TWS with an opportunity to engage customers and showcase the company’s latest innovations. Powerscreen New England hosted the event.

“Our Global Dealer Forum was an important event to engage with our dealers and customers and to celebrate our mutual success through the dealer awards ceremony,” says Oliver Donnelly, director of TWS. “It also provided an invaluable opportunity for us to exhibit and demonstrate our AquaClear range of water management products, which now form a core part of our offering.”

Washing solutions

According to TWS, the event highlight was the first exhibit of TWS’s end-to-end washing solution. This consists of an AggreSand 206, a FinesMaster C Type classifier and a full AquaClear water management system – all of which offer a one-stop solution for washing and water management.

“The customer feedback on these [AquaClear] has exceeded our expectations, and we look forward to building on the momentum of the forum by continuing to work in partnership with our dealers to support customers worldwide in a variety of applications,” Donnelly says.

In addition, attendees took part in a full-day conference where they learned about the various applications served by TWS products, including aggregate, recycling, mining, industrial sands and water treatment, as well as the company’s latest product advancements, innovations and future plans.

Attendees also took part in a site visit incorporating a machine demo and a tour of equipment.

Dealer recognition

The Global Dealer Forum closed with a dealer awards ceremony. Top-performing dealers from across the world were celebrated at a special dinner.

TWS recognized five dealers through its Special Recognition Awards, including Duo UK, Powerscreen Texas, Powerscreen Crushing & Screening, Avesco, Switzerland, and Powerscreen New England. The five were honored for their consistent performance and continued growth in competitive markets.

TWS’s Global Dealer of the Year award went to TWS’s longest-serving dealer, Duo UK.
