Terex Washing Systems opens support center in Kentucky

Terex Washing Systems (TWS) opened a dedicated Centre of Excellence in Louisville, Ky. that will provide support for all machine sales, parts sales and service.

The move was made to facilitate the company’s recent growth and ensure dedicated support for the TWS distributor network and its customers. Demand and inquiries for TWS equipment has reached high levels, the company says, following the appointment of a regional sales and distributor manager in North America and the official launch of AggreSand 165.

“With the fantastic levels of growth we are witnessing across America both in the aggregates and recycling segments, establishing a dedicated location in North America to stock machines and parts and to manage our sales and service activity in this region was critical to ensure we continue to provide optimum service and support for our distribution network and end-users,” TWS Director Sean Loughran says. “With this facility now fully operational, we can react quickly to market demands with on-site stock of TWS’ most popular machines.”

The Centre of Excellence features a dedicated parts warehouse where hundreds of parts are stocked to ensure minimal downtime for customers. In addition, a team of aftersales technicians is available to support customers and distributors with applications, service and commissioning.

TWS’ North America distributor network includes 23 Independent dealers covering Canada, the United States, Mexico, the Caribbean and all of Central America.
