Terex MPS: Simplicity TXW516S
The Simplicity TXW516S from Terex MPS is a compact, portable screening and washing unit that has big plant features and production. The plant features a 5-ft. x 16-ft. triple-deck, quarry-duty inclined screen for high production. The plant also incorporates a heavy-duty 36-in. x 25-ft. dewatering screw for maximizing screen capacity. An I-beam main frame with two manual landing jacks and four cribbing legs allow for stable operation and easy mobility. Walkways around three sides allow for convenient access to the screen. Water manifold and splash-style spray bars with individual control valves allow water amounts to be adjusted for various applications. Hardox-lined discharge chutes provide long life with minimal maintenance, Terex MPS says. Rugged I-beam legs support the screen in the raised operating position for stability.
