Telsmith will display its Vibro-King TL screen in the Central Hall (Booth C30336) during ConExpo-Con/Agg 2020.

The screen offers single-, double-, triple- and four-deck models ranging from 5-ft. x 14-ft. to 8-ft. x 24-ft. screen sizes.

Available in portable and stationary configurations, Vibro-King TL screens are built for aggregate processing, mining operations and recycled asphalt and concrete products, the company says. The Vibro-King TL screen design aids in performance and longevity for scalping and sizing in either wet or dry applications.

According to Telsmith, its Vibro-King TL screen lineup comes in a range of sizes and is a reliable, low-maintenance inclined screen. Modern screen design takes many forms and is critical to performance, so Telsmith builds each screen around the media selected for the application. Each deck can be custom-selected for a different media type.

The deck frames are built to handle different media with side-tension wire cloth, urethane or rubber, modular urethane or rubber panels, and a punch plate or steel-backed rubber.

Also, the TL Never-Wear sealing system eliminates the need for contact lip seals. Large shaft casing provides increased oil volumes. A snap-in, urethane labyrinth seal keeps dust out and lessens the downtime and expense of repairing worn seals or shaft grooves, Telsmith adds.

The Telsmith modular approach with 130-mm, 160-mm and 200-mm bearing vibrator mechanisms is available in single- and dual-shaft assemblies.

Telsmith provides a range of minerals processing solutions to the aggregate, mining, industrial and recycling industries with cone crushers, jaw crushers, vibrating equipment, portable plants, track plants and full-scale modular processing facilities.
