The off-plant panel support stand provides cord grips and 50-ft. wiring from starter panels to the on-plant junction box.

In addition, the T400 portable cone crusher features diamond plate walkways around the crusher, 4-in. toe boards, 42-in. handrails and an access ladder for improved safety.

Telsmith’s 3244 portable plant, meanwhile, is built for diverse application use, including stone, sand and gravel, as well as recycling. The 3244 primary jaw plant can be used on its own or configured with other mobile plants to create a complete aggregate processing system, the company says.

The vibrating grizzly feeder is powered by an electric motor at 40 hp, and the dual-shaft, gear-driven vibrating unit offers 140-mm flow through oil-lubricated bearings and adjustable counterweights.

As part of the Telsmith line of Hydra-Jaw crushers, the 3244 also offers throughout capacities ranging from 175-265 stph through 325-530 stph and features a toggle-tensioning system, which eliminates the need to adjust springs when changing the setting.

Total transport weight for the standard configuration is 112,000 pounds.

The 820 is part of Telsmith’s Vibro-King TL screen lineup, which comes in a range of sizes.

The screen plant deck is 8 ft. x 20 ft. and can be configured with other mobile plants for a complete aggregate processing system. It is built for use in aggregate processing and sizing, as well as recycling asphalt and concrete products. The deck frames are designed for performance and endurance, according to the company, with each media type including side-tension wire cloth, urethane or rubber, modular urethane or rubber panels, punch plate or steel backed rubber.

A snap-in, urethane labyrinth seal keeps dust out and eliminates downtime, as well as the expenses related to repairing worn seals or shaft grooves. A large shaft casing provides increased oil volumes, according to the company.

Total transport weight is 65,000 pounds.
