Telestack appointed Damian Power general manager of the Astec Omagh facilities in Northern Ireland.

Power most recently served Terex Aerial Work Platforms in Seattle as vice president of finance. He was at one time vice president of finance at Terex Materials Processing, and he previously served Powerscreen as general manager and global product line director.

Power assumes responsibility for the operational and P&L performance of the Astec Omagh facilities. He will play a fundamental role in their continued growth and success, Telestack says.

“I am excited at this new opportunity with a company that truly values their customer, the quality of their products and the emphasis that they place on building long-lasting relationships with their customers, dealers, suppliers and, indeed, with others within the industry,” Power says. “Their energy, ambition and ability to drive innovation has secured their success and equity in the marketplace, and they have an impressive and methodical plan for growth. The foundations have been laid, and I am looking forward to leading the next phase of expansion with a great team.”

Power succeeds Mark Fisher as general manager.

“We are grateful for Mark’s contribution over his 10-year tenure with Telestack,” says Martin Dummigan, vice president of operations at Astec Industries. “Mark was always generous with his ability, time and wealth of experience and was instrumental in our success. He piloted us through a very difficult time as our global family navigated the trials of the last 18 months, and his legacy is certainly one to be proud of. We wish Mark all the very best for the future.”
