Tealinc names customer support and development specialist

Tealinc named Shannon Rodgers as its customer support and development specialist. Rodgers will be based out of the company’s new office in Altoona, Pennsylvania.

According to the company, Rodgers comes to Tealinc with more than 20 years of rail industry experience. In this position, she will be responsible for assisting with new business development, marketing and sales. She will also provide assistance with operations and administrative support.

“We are excited to announce that Shannon Rodgers will be joining the Tealinc team,” says Julie Mink, president of Tealinc. “We are confident that Shannon’s years of experience in the rail industry will be of tremendous value to our customers and we are excited to continuing offering industry leading customer service with Shannon on board.”

Rodgers started her rail industry career in 1999 as office manager and customer service representative at The Everett Railroad Co. She later served as a freight agent for the company. In 2015, she joined Watco Cos. as a supply chain coordinator, where she provided tracking and tracing services for a number of clients. She also served as a rail fleet specialist at Watco, where she controlled Railinc permissions for car owners, handling lines, running repair agents and repair shops; handled all damaged and defective car tracking incidents for over 105 different marks; and monitored cars through the shopping process.

Tealinc is a railcar operating lessor, rail transportation manager, rail transportation consultant and railcar broker headquartered in Forsyth, Montana.
