Superior Industries released a new conveyor component accessory, the Safety Handrail. Universally mounting to all idler frames, Superior’s Safety Handrail helps prevent entanglement in belting. Depending on local Mine Safety & Health Administration standards, operators can use the Safety Handrail in place of an e-stop cable. The handrail has a diameter of 1 1/4 in. and is available in 8- or 10-ft. lengths. Operators receive assembly hardware included with the part when they order. Extra pipe endcaps and extra brackets are available to order.
