Superior Industries exhibited the latest model of its Anthem inclined screen at ConExpo-Con/Agg 2020.

The inclined screens are available in two- or three-deck configurations, as well as five different sizes. In addition, a horizontal-style screen is available for applications that don’t require as steep of incline angles, Superior says.

The Anthem incline screens are offered as pre-engineered standard models, but Superior is also able to customize the inclined screen’s footprint to fit an existing structure, the company says, which can reduce downtime by keeping their current framework.

Other features of the Anthem inclined screens include added application flexibility with options including single- or dual-shaft, bolt-on counterweights, single- or double-crown decks and an adjustable spring base; and increased durability due to a drive assembly stiffener ring, one piece shaft, and full height side plates and corner stiffeners.

In addition, segmented and hinged belt guards allow just one employee to perform maintenance on the inclined screens since the full guard doesn’t need to be removed.
