Eagle Crusher Co. Inc. understands the serious demands aggregate producers face every day. The company has been producing and innovating crushing and screening equipment throughout its more-than 100-year history.

Based on that history of innovation, Eagle Crusher is soon to introduce a line of portable cone crusher plants. The line will enable aggregate producers to utilize Eagle Crusher equipment across all aspects of the crushing process. The line will be available in open- and closed-circuit models.

Aggregate producers will especially want to explore three of Eagle Crusher’s unrivaled products: RipRap, Eagle jaw crushers, and RapiDeploy. For serious scalping and screening, producers should look no further than the RipRap. RipRap features the widest heavy-duty feeder in the industry (measuring 67 in. x 24 ft.) and is the ultimate portable plant for high-production scalping and screening. The plant’s versatile 42-in. reversible cross conveyor allows feeding into the stacking conveyor from either side of the plant and features 5-ft. impact bed and idlers.

Easily-removable control panels allow easy operation, service and maintenance needs to keep producers up and running. Its available hydraulic grizzly dump-over hopper removes oversized material. The plant is fully equipped with a main control panel to distribute power to all on-plant motors, as well as controls and plugs for two additional stacking conveyors. It features a main breaker for easy connection to your line power or standalone generator, or select the optional self-contained plant-mounted Tier 4 diesel-power units.

When it comes to jaw crushers, nothing beats the Eagle Crusher line of portable or stationary jaws. Eagle jaw crushers are designed to eliminate premature failures for years of component life while meeting the needs of producers’ toughest crushing applications. The best value on the market, they process abrasive hard rock using the time-tested overhead eccentric design. The short bearing span between the side frames reduces stress and shaft deflection.

All moving parts are contained within the main housing, making Eagle jaw crushers ideal for portable or skid mounting. Maximum bearing life is ensured with outer bearings mounted directly in line with the side frames to eliminate stress. The company manufactures five models – the Eagle 1036, 1536, 2036, 3242 and 3260 – to cover a wide range of production needs.

For off-site crushing and screening jobs, the RapiDeploy is designed to make transport, setup and production efficiency a snap. It is the industry’s only portable plant with built-in, retractable conveyors that can crush, screen, separate and stockpile in one pull. It features a two-product screen with a third reliever deck to allow increased productivity while producing two cubical spec products.

Featuring higher discharge heights compared to track plants on all three retractable conveyors, the RapiDeploy allows for moving stockpiled material less often. It is easily serviced without sacrificing portability, and features a two-step, 5-ft. grizzly deck to remove fines before crushing.
