Durex screening products that are especially effective in wet weather include our modular urethane screen panels, Livewire screens and Armor screens.

Check out our full line of screen media and aggregate equipment accessories below:

Modular urethane screen panels. Durex offers a complete line of urethane screen media panels in modular snap-in, pin-style and bolt-in systems. Our modular urethane panels feature tapered openings that are wider at the bottom. This advanced design reduces plugging and increases throughput.

Livewire screens. This is a hybrid-type screen featuring molded rubber strips that hold its high-strength wires in place, providing better screening action and greater open area. Livewire is designed to boost productivity by reducing costly blinding and pegging problems, while also delivering superior wear life.

Armor screens. Armor is a combination of high-grade, woven wire cloth with molded polyurethane coating. It’s designed to increase throughput, as it reduces plugging and noise. This combination of technologies creates screens that offer a much higher open area than conventional polyurethane screens and much longer wear life than wire screens.

Accuslot wire screens. These are designed to provide the accuracy of square openings with the production efficiency and cleaning ability of long-slot wire cloth. Accuslot helps eliminate plugging and/or blinding while minimizing the passing of slivers and chips.

Vibraspan screens. Available in long-slot triple or five-shoot wire, Vibraspan features longitudinal slots for more open area – without sacrificing product size control. By adding crimping to the longitudinal principal, Vibraspan screens provide strength and elasticity. The crimps act as a spring and enable the wires to hold their tension longer. Increased vibration due to the longer slot length decreases blinding and increases production.

Woven wire screens. These are made of high-quality oil-tempered, stainless or high-carbon steel. Available square openings range from 3/32-in. to 6-in., and rectangular slotted openings range from 3/64-in. to 3/4-in.

Urethane accessories. Accessories include magnetic liners for screen boxes, crusher mainframes, feed boxes, chutes, flumes and discharge openings.
