BARD Materials, an Iowa-based aggregate and ready-mixed concrete producer, earned an award from B2W Software for its innovative use of software.

BARD Materials earned the Most Innovative New Use of B2W Software award. According to B2W, judges selected winners based on applications submitted by contractors throughout North America.

BARD Materials teamed up with B2W to customize daily performance tracking and analysis to meet unique requirements for its aggregate production operations throughout Iowa and Wisconsin. B2W Track electronic field logs allow BARD Materials to capture performance data immediately in a simple, systematic and consistent manner, according to Alex Gribben, assistant director of aggregate production.

“Reports and dashboards give us instant feedback,” Gribben says. “We have the data to address issues fast, with far less manual effort, redundant data entry and opportunities for error.”

BARD Materials’ use of B2W software was shared in P&Q’s February 2021 cover story.
