These heavy-duty secondary and tertiary cones are available in three head sizes, 36”, 45” and 50”. They boast a large feed opening that remains consistent throughout the life of the manganese liners which maintain feed acceptance even when liners are worn. No backing is required on the wear liners, making change-out fast and efficient. Push-button, hydraulic controls are designed to provide fast adjustment of the closed-side setting. Hydraulic tramp iron relief protects the crusher from damage due to the passage of uncrushable through the machine. The crusher’s large, steep feed opening ensures a nip on angular, elongated material that normally would roll around or bridge the top of most other cones crushers. With its field changeable eccentric throw, the crusher is well suited for the rigorous demands of the mining and aggregate industries for product flexibility and reliability.
