Q4, OAIMA to host leadership development program

Q4 Impact Group and the Ohio Aggregates & Industrial Minerals Association (OAIMA) are set to host a leadership development program Feb. 6-9, 2017, in Columbus, Ohio.

According to Q4 and OAIMA, the program will benefit executives, operations managers, sales professionals and supervisors. It will focus on management trends and success strategies, as well as best management principals and the tools to use.

In addition, the interactive program will allow attendees to share ideas and experiences, participate in breakout sessions and network.

The Ohio Aggregates & Industrial Minerals Association is the trade association in Ohio that represents all of the state’s mining operations, except coal.

Q4 Impact Group works with clients one-on-one to implement strategies and action plans that help ensure their success.
