Kleemann’s classifying plants are track-mounted and come in double-deck – the MS 702i EVO and MS 952i EVO – and triple-deck – the MS 703i EVO and MS 953i EVO – configurations. According to Kleemann, the two plant sizes feature a screening area in the upper deck of 75 or 102 sq. ft., respectively. The MS 702i and 703i EVO achieve maximum outputs of 386 tph while the MS 952i and 953i EVO produce up to 551 tph, Kleemann says. Additionally, the plants are operated by a mobile control panel that can be installed at three different areas on the machine, improving operator visibility.

Plant improves screening capability, productivity

According to Eagle Crusher, the RapidDeploy is the industry’s only portable plant with built-in, retractable conveyors that can crush, screen, separate and stockpile – all in one pull. It was designed to significantly reduce mobilization costs and expensive setup and teardown time for aggregate and asphalt producers – plus concrete recyclers – while offering a number of advantages compared to track plants. RapidDeploy provides more productive screening capability, higher discharge heights and easier parts access and serviceability than track units. The portable plant features a two-product screen with a third reliever deck for increased productivity while producing two cubical spec products.

Compact plants ideal for recycling, repurposing

The SMI Compact crushing and screening plants from Screen Machine are significantly smaller than the standard line plants Screen Machine has been manufacturing for more than a half-century. In fact, the company says the SMI Compact units are about 20 percent the size of a standard Screen Machine plant. The 90TS screening plant, in particular, can process up to 90 tph, and the machines can be fed by hand or by a mini excavator or skid-steer loader, the company says. Screen Machine says the SMI Compact machines are ideal for jobs like concrete recycling, allowing material to be repurposed on-site.

Pre-engineered plants allow for customization

Superior Industries series of modular plants – known as Fusion modular platforms – are for aggregate crushing, sorting, sizing and washing applications. According to Superior, the plants are pre-engineered, ready-to-build systems that allow for customization and earlier commissioning. Superior pre-engineered a series of plant packages and is working to design more for its catalog. Examples include jaw, cone and impact crushing platforms, horizontal screening platforms with two-, three- and four-deck models, and a group of traditional washing and modern low-water washing platforms.
