Simple to set up and easy to maintain, Screen Machine says the tracked Spyder 516T is capable of delivering three sized products. The Spyder 516T is built with a hopper/feeder that is manufactured from 1/2-in.-thick U.S.-made Grade 80 steel. The 516T is built with Screen Machine’s SmoothStart technology. The Spyder 516T with SmoothStart has a perfectly round shaft with weights on springs at one end. When the machine starts, Screen Machine says the shaft spins and creates virtually no shake and stress on the machine. As the machine warms up and RPMs are raised, the weighted springs on the end of the shaft expand and create an eccentric weight that develops as much shake as required for the job. Upon shutdown, the springs recompress as RPMs decrease, allowing the machine to achieve a gradual shutdown in a stress-free manner.

Track-mounted plants available with double, triple decks

Kleemann’s classifying plants are track-mounted and come in both double-deck (the MS 702i EVO and MS 952i EVO) and triple-deck (the MS 703i EVO and MS 953i EVO) configurations. According to Kleemann, the two plant sizes feature a screening area in the upper deck of 75 or 102 sq. ft., respectively. The MS 702i and 703i EVO achieve maximum outputs of 386 tph while the MS 952i and 953i EVO produce up to 551 tph, Kleemann says. Additionally, the plants are operated by a mobile control panel that can be installed at three different areas on the machine, improving operator visibility.

Secondary scalping screen line features three initial models

Powerscreen has a new range of secondary scalping screens, with a goal of providing the market with cost-effective solutions in high-volume, smaller-sized and recycling applications. The new Titan range includes three models – the Titan 600, Titan 1300 and Titan 2300. Powerscreen says Titan is a simplification of its Warrior range. The Titan 1300 is comprised of an extra-large-capacity twin-drive feeder at the rear of the machine with an 1,100-mm feeder belt. The Titan 2300, meanwhile, is a completely new machine to Powerscreen in terms of concept and design, encompassing a large belt feeder.

Two options for screen modules now available

Cedarapids introduced new options for the MHS6203 and MHS8203 screen modules, including a wash plant option and a feed box and support structure. The screen modules feature the TSV Series horizontal screens, combining the El-Jay oval-stroke action and a large blending chute for a range of discharge options. The new wash plant option includes a feed box with two spray bars and support structure, a screen spray system with manifold, and an under-screen flume. Outfitted as a wash plant, the module can produce washed stone products and be paired with a sand screw or other sand processing and fines recovery equipment.
